You will engage in journaling, reflective questioning, and purposeful activities that challenge your existing values and encourage personal growth. The coursework is thoughtfully designed to foster deep insight and practical progress through assessments, evaluations, and interactive exercises.
Your work will be completed daily or weekly depending on your pace, culminating in a reflective weekend check-in. We offer support during office hours should you need guidance or encouragement between sessions.

What To Expect From Your Coaching Sessions
- Session Length and Frequency: Coaching sessions typically last 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly or as agreed upon.
- Focus: Each session is a safe space for honest reflection, clarity, and developing actionable steps toward your goals.
- Homework and Engagement: You’ll receive journaling prompts, worksheets, and assessments designed to deepen your understanding and reinforce progress between sessions.
- Communication: Open and honest communication is vital. Share your thoughts, feelings, challenges, and wins openly to get the most from coaching.
